Introduction

Thank you for visiting my website.

Since age twenty one,  I have had two occupations.  My first one was as a professional baseball player.  I didn't consider this a job since it was such a wonderful experience.  I signed with the New York Mets in 1967 and played professionally through 1976.  The highlight of my career was being a member on the 1969 World Champion New York Mets.  I have such wonderful memories playing with the Mets.  We had great teammates, including Hall of Famers Tom Seaver and Nolan Ryan, Hall of Fame coach Yogi Berra and our manager, Gil Hodges, who should be in the Baseball Hall of Fame.  I get fired up whenever I think about our 1969 Team.

My second occupation (34+ years) since my retirement from baseball is the insurance business.  I work with my clients to help provide for their security and retirement.  I have the privilege of helping other people, which I love to do.  After all, I believe that is why we have been put on Earth.
